Quartz glass. Quartz glass is made by melting natural quartz crystals of exceptional purity with an SiO2 content of 99.9% and allowing the melt to cool down in the shape and dimensions required. The source material has particularly low iron, potassium and sodium oxides, and as a result very low trace element content.

 

Its unique properties make it a most suitable solution for a variety of applications ranging from windows to tubes, rods, etc.
